A clear relationship from the start
Your objective sets the process.
Investing, applying to the team and commissioning business development are different relationships. Start with the relevant brief so we can discuss the fit and an appropriate next step.
Invest with us
- Explain the objective. Enquire directly about a named opportunity, or share an editable brief covering your goals, budget, market, timing and help needed.
- Discuss fit and evidence. Assess the relevant options, commercial structure, costs and professional reviews. A listed price alone does not establish residence eligibility.
- Agree the relationship. Confirm the contracting parties, scope, responsibilities and charges before commitment. Agree a contact and updates for any work undertaken.
Grow your business
- Describe the business goal. Tell us what you offer or need, where you start and where you want to go.
- Assess feasibility. Discuss the desired counterpart, scale, timing and what EU4U can undertake.
- Agree a written mandate. Define whether the work is research, introductions, representation, negotiation or coordination. Agree fees, expenses, responsibilities and next steps before work starts.
Work with us
Express interest in a team function and share relevant experience. If there is a suitable fit, the next discussion concerns the actual responsibilities and written terms. Core sales roles follow a fixed-salary-plus-commission model and a 09:00–17:00 expectation. Exact pay, commission conditions, workdays, timezone and workplace must be specified for the role before engagement. Submitting interest does not confirm a vacancy or appointment.
How fees work
Our group’s investments: the group earns through its core businesses. This can allow coordination with little or no separate EU4U fee for that investment relationship. It does not make the investment price, taxes, banking costs or specialist services free. Actual charges are explained before commitment.
External business mandates: any assessment fee, ongoing fee, success fee and expenses are scoped and agreed separately. The group-investment coordination model is not a free business-development offer.
Professional introductions: scope and commercial terms require a separate agreement. A referral reference in a link does not establish an entitlement to commission.
Assessments and outcomes
The relevant businesses, professionals, banks and authorities remain responsible for their work and decisions. No investment return, residence or banking approval, business contract or employment outcome is guaranteed by an enquiry.
